摘要:

以 3,5-二羟基甲苯为原料,经 Hoesch 反应得到 2,4-二羟基-6-甲基脱氧安息香,再经环合反应得到 5-甲 基-7-羟基异黄酮,使用绿色合成试剂碳酸二甲酯经甲氧基化反应得到 5-甲基-7-甲氧基异黄酮,并获得最佳工艺条件,最优条件下三步反应总收率达 47.8%。

Abstract

2,4-dihydroxy-6-methyldeoxybenzoin was synthesized from 3,5-dihydroxy-toluene by Hoesch reaction, then get 5-methyl -7-hydroxyisoflavone via cyclization process. Further preparation of 5-methyl -7-methoxyisoflavone by methoxylation of dimethyl carbonate. The total yield under the optimum production conditions was about 47. 8%.
