苯酚羟化液热耦合分离工艺技术研究

摘 要 苯二酚有邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯二酚3种同分异构体。3种同分异构体在工业生产中均具有非常广泛的应用。现有苯二酚生产工艺为苯酚羟基化法,产物苯酚羟化液含水高,分离精制能耗极高。作者研究了新型热耦合节能工艺,年操作费用节约48%,具有广阔的市场前景。

Research on Thermal Coupling Separation Process Technology of Phenol Hydroxylation Liquid

Abstract Hydroquinone has three isomers: catechol, resorcinol, and hydroquinone. The three isomers have a very wide range of applications in industrial production. The current direct oxidation process of phenol is problematic because high-concentration hydrogen peroxide is prone to explosion, while low-concentration hydrogen peroxide leads to high production costs. This article studies a new thermo-coupled energy-saving process, reducing 48% of annual operating cost, which has broad market significance.
