山奈酚-铜配合物的合成、表征及抗氧化活性研究

摘要:
黄酮类化合物具有多种生物活性,其部分金属配合物的活性会增强。 本文研究山奈酚-铜配合物的制备及其生物活性。以山奈酚和新戊酸铜为原料,按照摩尔比2:1和1:1 进行配位反应, 合成山奈酚-铜配合物。通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、元素分析对其结构进行了表征,比较了山奈酚及其铜配合物清除O2-·自由基和 DPPH自由基的能力。结果表明山奈酚能够与铜离子发生配位反应,生成山奈酚-铜配合物,反应物配比2:1和1:1得到的两种配合物经分析后推断为同种结构;配合物对DPPH自由基的清除效果要略优于山奈酚,对O2-·自由基的清除效果在浓度大于31.3nmol/mL后,明显优于山奈酚。该研究可为黄酮类金属配合物的性能研究提供参考。

Abstract:
Flavonoid has a variety of biological activities. Some of their metal complexes become more active. In this paper, the preparation and bioactivity of copper complex with kaempferol were studied. Kaempferol-copper complexes were synthesized using kaempferol and copper pivalate as raw material with molar ratio of 2:1 and 1:1. The structures were characterized by ultraviolet spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. And the abilities of kaempferol and its copper complex to scavenge O2-·radicals and DPPH radicals were compared. The results showed that kaempferol can bond with copper ions to form one kaempferol-copper complex at two reaction ratios. The scavenging effect of the complex on DPPH radicals is slightly better than that of kaempferol, and the scavenging effect on O2-·radicals is significantly better than that of kaempferol when the concentration is greater than 3.13 nmol/mL. This study provides a reference for the study of flavonoid metal complexes.
