摘要:
目的:研究香茅挥发油的组成成分,为该药材的应用提供理论依据。方法:通过蒸馏法对香茅药材进行挥发油的提取,用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析香茅挥发油的主要成分。结果:香茅挥发油提取率为1.56%,分析出22个成分,主要化学成分为:2-甲氧基乙基乙烯基醚、(E)-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯醛(即(E)-柠檬醛)、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯醛(即(Z)-柠檬醛)等,含量分别为20.63%、14.64%、12.37%。

Abstract:
Aims: To study the components of essential oil of citronella and provide theoretical basis for its application. Methods: The volatile oil of citronella was extracted by distillation, and the main components of the volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: The extraction rate of citronella volatile oil was 1.56%, and 22 components were analyzed. The main chemical components were (2-methoxyethoxy)-Ethene, (E)-3,7-dimethyl- 2,6-Octadienal, (Z)-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-Octadienal, etc. The contents were 20.63%, 14.64% and 12.37% respectively.
