摘要:

苄基甲苯分为单苄基甲苯和二苄基甲苯,作为导热油和电容器浸渍剂在化工、电力、机械制造等领域得到广泛应用。 得益于其优异的性能,苄基甲苯类产品在国内供不应求。 因此进行相关合成方法研究,提高其产量十分重要。 国内外生产苄基甲苯的方法大多为甲苯的富克烷基化反应,该反应所用催化剂种类较多。 本文就苄基甲苯生产的不同种催化剂进行比较分析,为未来单苄基甲苯和二苄基甲苯的生产方法提供借鉴,并对苄基甲苯类产品未来的生产与应用进行了展望。

Abstract

Benzyltoluene is divided into monobenzyl toluene and dibenzyl toluene. It is widely used as a heat transfer oil and capacitor impregnant in the fields of chemical industry, electric power, machinery manufacturing and so on. Thanks to its excellent performance, its products are in short supply in China. Therefore, it is very important to carry out research on related synthesis methods to improve its yield. Most of the methods for producing benzyltoluene at home and abroad are prepared by the Friedel-Crafts reaction of toluene, and there are many kinds of catalysts used in this reaction. This article compares and analyzes different kinds of catalysts for the production of benzyltoluene, provides a reference for future production methods of monobenzyltoluene and dibenzyltoluene, and prospects the future production and application of benzyltoluene products.
