治疗兔耳增生性瘢痕的研究进展

摘要:
人体皮肤组织在受到损伤后,如烧伤、手术、外伤等,必然会引起外观和组织学的改变,伤口损伤愈合后形成瘢痕。瘢痕给患者带来局部不适感,导致功能障碍,大大地影响正常生活。兔耳增生性瘢痕在组织学上已被证实与人类增生性瘢痕相似,其获取成本低,并可动态观察瘢痕发展演变的全过程。从而可以加以药物干预,运用生化等检测结果,评估多种治疗方法对瘢痕的作用。本文对国内外单独及联合应用在兔耳增生性瘢痕模型中所取得的最新研究成果进行了综述,希望能启发临床工作者实验思路。

Abstract:
After human skin tissue is damaged, such as burns, surgery, trauma, etc., it will inevitably cause changes in appearance and histology, and scar will be formed after wound healing. Scar brings local discomfort to patients, leads to dysfunction, and greatly affects normal life. The hypertrophic scar of rabbit ear is proved to be similar to human hypertrophic scar in histology. And its acquisition cost is low. The whole process of scar development and evolution can be observed dynamically, and drug intervention and biochemical detection results can be used to evaluate the effects of various treatment methods on scar. The author reviewed the latest research results of single and combined application in rabbit ear hypertrophic scar models at home and abroad in the hope of inspiring experimental ideas for clinical workers.
