摘要:

本文采用不溶于水的L-谷氨酸作为拆分剂,在混合溶剂中对消旋α-苯乙胺进行拆分,拆分剂 L-谷氨酸可以直接酸化高收率的回收。 较好的反应条件是:拆分剂的用量 1.05 mol,甲苯用量190g, 稀硫酸浓度15%S-(-)-α-苯乙胺收率 89% ,比旋光度: -39.4°;回收混合 a-苯乙胺收率92.5%;回收拆分剂收率 95.9%,比旋光度:+31.2°

Abstract

In this paper, water-insoluble L-glutamic acid was used as the resolution agent to racemate in mixed solvents α- The resolution agent L-glutamic acid can be directly acidified and recovered in high yield. The better reaction conditions are as follows: the amount of resolution agent is 1.05 mol, the amount of toluene is 190 g, and the concentration of dilute sulfuric acid is 15%. S-(-)-α-phenylethylamine yield 89%, specific rotation: -39.40°; The recovery of mixed α-phenylethylamine was 92.5%; The yield of the recovered resolver was 95.9%, and the specific rotation was +31.20°.
