摘要

本文用超临界萃取法从蒲公英、苦苣根和紫苏叶中提取有效成分,制取抗衰老蒲公英保健品组合物。 该保健品有效成分组合物使 D-半乳糖致衰小鼠体内 MDA 的含量得到明显衰降,能够显著提高衰老小鼠血清和脑组织中 CAT、SOD、T-Aoc、GSH-Px 酶的活力,表明该保健品组合物可以用于抗衰老药物或抗衰老保健品。

Abstract:

In this paper, the effective components were extracted from dandelion, chicory root and perilla leaf by supercritical extraction, and the anti-aging dandelion health product composition was prepared. The active ingredient composition of the health product can significantly reduce the content of MDA in aging mice caused by Dgalactose, and can significantly improve the activities of CAT, SOD, T-Aoc, GSH-Px enzymes in serum and brain tissue of aging mice, indicating that the health product composition can be used as anti-aging drugs or anti-aging health products.
