摘要:

大量研究表明,在肿瘤治疗中,从中药中提取的黄酮类化合物具有抗肿瘤活性,或与化疗药物联合使用可提 高化疗效率。 作者综述了黄酮类化合物诱导的抑制 HepG2 细胞系的细胞内信号通路,介绍了黄酮类化合物抗 HBV/ HCV 活性的研究现状,并对黄酮类化合物在癌症治疗中的应用进行了展望。

Abstract

A large number of studies have shown that flavonoids extracted from Traditional Chinese medicine have anti-tumor activity in tumor treatment, or combined with chemotherapy drugs can improve the efficiency of chemotherapy. Flavonoid-induced inhibition of intracellular signaling pathways in HepG2 cell lines was reviewed. The research status of anti-HBV/ HCV activity of flavonoids was introduced, and the application of flavonoids in cancer treatment was prospected.
