摘要:

近年来,冠心病的生物标志物的研究逐渐引起人们的重视。 大量研究发现冠心病生物标志物参与冠心病发生发展的各个阶段,在冠心病的发生发展中起着十分重要的作用。 目前生物标志物已成为诊治冠心病不可缺少的一种手段。 本文就亲环素 A、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白、正五聚蛋白3、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3 炎性小体这四种新型生物标志物在冠心病中的研究进展做一综述,以期为冠心病的诊治及预后评估提供新的依据。

Abstract

In recent years, the study of biomarkers of coronary heart disease has gradually attracted people’s attention. A large number of studies have found that the biomarkers of coronary heart disease are involved in all stages of the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and play a very important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. At present, biomarkers have become an indispensable means of diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. This article reviews the research progress of four novel biomarkers, including cyclophilin A, heart-type fatty acid binding protein, pentraxin 3, and nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 inflammasome, in order to provide a new basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of coronary heart disease.
