摘要:
孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种持续终生的神经发育障碍性疾病,国内患病率高达 3.51% ,但是发病机制仍然不确定,并且没有有效的治疗药物。 现在诊断 ASD 主要还是靠主观的行为分析,增加客观的诊断标准迫在眉睫。 通过 IL - 6 等免疫活性物质标记物的测定研究致病因素,诊断并治疗 ASD 儿童已经成为热点,本文针对 ASD 体内免疫活性物质的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract：
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a lifelong neurodevelopmental disorder with a prevalence rate as high as 3. 51% in China, but the pathogenesis is still uncertain and there is no effective treatment. Nowadays, the diagnosis of ASD mainly relies on subjective behavioral analysis, and it is urgent to add objective diagnostic criteria. It has become a hot topic to study pathogenic factors and diagnose and treat children with ASD through the determination of immune substance markers. This paper reviews the research progress of immune substance in ASD.
