摘要:

采用静电纺丝法,制备了聚乳酸(PLA)电纺纤维膜。 通过扫描电子显微镜、接触角测试仪等表征了 PLA 电纺纤维膜的纤维结构和水接触角,并研究了其油水分离性能。 结果表明 PLA 可纺性好,电纺纤维膜为由光滑的微纤维组成的三维多孔网络结构,纤维直径 12 μm,纤维膜孔径为 310 μm 且分布较均匀。 PLA 电纺纤维膜的水接触角可达 136°以上,具有良好的疏水性。 PLA 电纺纤维膜对油水混合物的分离效率可达 98.3% 以上,最大分离通量约 15000 L·m-2·h-1

Abstract

Polylactic acid (PLA) electrospun fiber membrane was prepared by electrostatic spinning. The fiber structure and water contact angle of PLA electrospun fiber membrane were characterized by scanning electron microscope and optical contact angle meter, and the oil-water separation performance of PLA electrospun fiber membrane was tested. The results showed that PLA had good spinnability. The electrospun fiber membrane was composed of smooth microfibers, which formed a three-dimensional porous network. The fiber diameter was 1 ~ 2 μm, and the pore size was 3 ~ 10 μm, having an uniform distribution. The water contact angle of the PLA electrospun fiber membrane was more than 136°, which was indicated a good hydrophobicity. The separation efficiency of PLA electrospinning fiber membrane for oil-water mixture is above 98% , and the maximum separation flux was about L·m-2·h-1 .
