摘要:

轻石脑油主要成分是 C5 ~ C6 烷烃,裂解可以制取乙烯、丙烯等烯烃,催化重整可以制取苯系物,是重要的化 工原料。 随着我国经济的发展,市场对轻石脑油的需求量越来越大,但是由于轻石脑油具有易挥发、易燃、易爆等理化特性,其存储、运输安全问题已经成为避不开的研究课题。 本文结合轻石脑油的物化性质,对轻石脑油的存储形式进行了分析,并从储罐的安全间距、消防系统、储罐的工艺安全设计等几个方面对储罐的安全防护措施进行全方面的研究探析,以期能对今后轻石脑油储罐的设计工作起到参考和帮助的作用。

Abstract

The main component of light naphtha is C5 ~ C6 alkanes, which can be transformed into olefins such as ethylene and propylene by cracking, or benzene series by catalytic reforming. It is an important chemical raw material. With the development of economy, the market demand for light naphtha is increasing. However, due to the volatile, flammable, explosive and other physical and chemical characteristics of light naphtha, its storage and transportation safety has become an unavoidable research topic. Combined with the properties of light naphtha, this paper analyzes the storage form of light naphtha, and makes a comprehensive research and analysis on the safety protection measures of storage tanks from the aspects of safety spacing of storage tanks, fire protection system and process safety design of storage tanks. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference and help for the design of light naphtha storage tank in the future.
