摘要:

覆土储罐作为重要的能源储存设施,因其蒸发损耗小、抵御外界风险因素强、防火距离相对小、能够降低罐 区隐患、减少占地面积、具有一定的隐蔽伪装性能等特点,应用潜力较大。 储罐覆土稳定性是保证储罐本质安全的关键,但相关研究鲜有报道。 作者基于覆土土质的选取标准,归纳总结了储罐覆土荷载计算方法,分析了覆土地基和边坡的稳定性研究手段。 由此探讨了爆炸对覆土稳定性和储罐安全性的影响。 结果表明:覆土土质宜选取级配良好的砂和含细粒土砂,且需满足边坡稳定性和低腐蚀性要求;荷载计算应基于 EEMUA 190 国际标准,且应考虑切向力、覆土坡体和坡度的影响。 作者可为突破危化品覆土储罐本质安全技术瓶颈提供依据。

Abstract

As an important energy storage facility, mounded storage tanks are widely used because of their low evaporation loss, strong resistance to external risk factors, relatively small fire prevention distance, reduction of hidden dangers in tank farm, reduction of floor area, certain concealment and camouflage performance and so on. The stability of mound is the key to ensure the intrinsic safety of tank, but there are few reports on relevant research. Based on the selection standard of mound quality, this paper summarizes the calculation method of mound load of storage tank and analyzes the stability research means of mound foundation and slope; the influence of explosion on the stability of mound and the safety of storage tank is discussed. The results show that sand with good gradation and sand containing fine-grained soil should be selected as the mound, and the requirements of slope stability and low corrosivity should be met; The load calculation shall be based on EEMUA 190 international standard, and the influence of shear, mound slope and slope angle shall be considered; the relevant research results can provide an important basis for breaking through the technical bottleneck of intrinsic safety of mound storage tanks of hazardous chemicals.
