摘要:
近年来,各种新型免疫抑制类药剂不断地被研究开发和推广应用,使得临床医师们因此有了更大的研究空间,FTY - 720 也应运而生。 FTY - 720 是一种新型免疫抑制剂,它适用于治疗肾脏等内科疾病,可用来研究探索新的免疫抑制治疗方案,做到合理而精确地使用个体化组合用药,降低各种药物的不良反应,达到更好的免疫抑制治疗效果,提高肾病患者的治疗存活率。 因该药本身具有完全不同的人体免疫反应机制,可与其他多种免疫抑制类药剂同 时协同发挥作用,并且具有较高的利用度、剂量小、副作用较低,因此一直受到国内医学家的广泛研究关注。 本文从作用机制和应用方面对 FTY - 720 进行了概述,并阐述了 FTY - 720 的合成研究进展,为国内相关医学家提供参考。

Abstract：
In recent years, various new types of immunosuppressive drugs have been continuously researched, developed, promoted and applied, giving clinicians more research space, and FTY - 720 has also emerged as the times require. FTY - 720 is a new type of immunosuppressant, which is suitable for the treatment of kidney and other medical diseases. It can be used to research and explore new immunosuppressive treatment options, so as to achieve reasonable and precise use of individualized combination drugs and reduce adverse reactions of various drugs. , To achieve a better immunosuppressive treatment effect and improve the survival rate of patients with kidney disease. Because the drug itself has a completely different human immune response mechanism, it can work synergistically with a variety of other immunosuppressive drugs, and its high availability, small dosage, and low side effects have been praised by domestic medical experts. This article provides an overview of FTY - 720 from the aspects of its mechanism of action and application, and expounds the research progress of FTY - 720 in order to provide references for relevant domestic medical scientists.
