摘要:

本文以丙烯酸、三氯化磷和水为原料,一锅法制备 3 - 氯丙酰氯。 加成反应中,反应温度为 70 ~ 80 ℃ ,三氯化磷用量 0.35 ~ 0.4 mol;酰氯化反应中,反应温度为 40 ~ 50 ℃ ,三氯化磷的用量 0.45 mol。 反应收率达到 96.5% 。

Abstract

In this paper, 3 - chloropropionyl chloride was prepared by one pot method with acrylic acid, phosphorus trichloride and water as raw materials. In addition reaction, the reaction temperature is 70 ~ 80 ℃ , the dosage of phosphorus trichloride is 0.35 ~ 0.4 mol; In acyl chlorination, the reaction temperature is 40 ~ 50 ℃ , and the amount of phosphorus trichloride is 0.45mol. The yield was 96.5%.
