摘要:
本文制备了含烷氧基硅烷的叔氨,在与环己氨基磺酸中和后,用其对六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体进行改性反应,成功制备了可水分散的一种新型阴离子型多异氰酸酯水性固化剂,讨论了磺酸叔铵盐化合物改性剂的用量和改性工艺,及其对双组分水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层性能的影响。 经过试验结果表明:当含烷氧基硅烷的叔氨与环己氨基丁磺酸合成的阴离子型亲水性改性剂占总质量的 3.45% ,反应温度 80 ℃ ,合成的有机硅改性离子型 HDI 水性 固化剂与普通的水性 HDI 固化剂相比,形成的涂膜具有高光泽、耐热水和硬度。

Abstract:
A tertiary ammonia containing alkoxy silane was prepared, and was used to modified hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer after neutralization with cyclohexaminosulfonic acid. Then a new water-dispersible anionic polyisocyanate curing agent was successfully prepared. The dosage and modification process of tertiary ammonium sulfonic acid compound and its influence on properties of two-component waterborne acrylic polyurethane coating were discussed. The test results show that when the tertiary ammonia containing alkoxy silane and hexanaphtheneamino butyric acid synthetic anionic hydrophilic modifier was accounting for 3. 45% of the total mass, synthetic reaction temperature was 80 ℃ , the synthesized organic silicone modified ionic HDI waterborne curing agents compared with ordinary water HDI curing agent, its coating with high gloss, heat resistance and hardness of the water.
