摘要:
本文采用一锅法制备止血环酸,将加氢和转位同时进行,提高了反应收率、缩短了反应时间、革除了氢氧化 钡的使用,减少了对环境的影响。 较好的反应条件是:氢氧化钠的浓度 0.5 ~ 1.0% ,氢氧化钠用量为 0.12 mol, 反应 温度为 170 ℃ ,反应时间 14 h,此时,反应收率达到 95.7% ,反式体含量达 99.7% 。

Abstract:
In this paper, hydrogenation and transposition are carried out simultaneously by one pot method, which improves the reaction yield, shortens the reaction time, eliminates the use of barium hydroxide and reduces the impact on the environment. The better reaction conditions are: the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 0. 5 ~ 1. 0% , the dosage of sodium hydroxide is 0. 12 mol, the reaction temperature is 170 ℃ , and the reaction time is 14 hours. The yield was 95. 7% and the content of trans monomer was 99. 7% .
