摘要:
以乙醇水溶液为载体,借助硅烷偶联剂 KH560,对纳米 SiO2 进行了改性处理。对处理后材料的粒径进行了测量,分析了纳米 SiO2含量、乙醇水溶液配比和改性剂含量对分散性的影响。将改性后的纳米 SiO2 分散液与无机组分、水性聚氨酯树脂进行复配,得到无铬钝化液。 然后在热镀锌板上制备成相应的钝化膜,借助交流阻抗、中性盐雾试验以及电化学 Tafel 极化曲线,就纳米 SiO2改性对水性聚氨酯树脂复合涂层性能的影响进行分析。 结果表明,对比未改性材料,改性材料的耐腐蚀性得到了显著提升。

Abstract:
Ethanol aqueous solution as the carrier, with the aid of silane coupling agent KH560, the nano-SiO2 was modified. The particle size of the treated material was measured, and the influence of the content of nano-SiO2 , the ratio of ethanol aqueous solution and the content of modifier on the dispersion was analyzed. After modification of nano SiO2 dispersion and inorganic components, waterborne polyurethane resins, chromium-free passivation solution, and then on the hot galvanized sheet preparation into the corresponding passivation membrane, using ac impedance, neutral salt spray test and electrochemical Tafel polarization curve, nano-SiO2 modification is to effect the performance of waterborne polyurethane resin composite coating is analyzed. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the modified material is significantly improved compared with the unmodified material.
