多乙苯塔底高沸物的磺化研究

摘要:
多乙苯塔底高沸物是工业苯与乙烯制乙苯的副产物,因其组分和结构复杂而难以资源化利用,多乙苯塔底高沸物的 FT-IR 分析图谱中存在泛频吸收峰,说明该高沸物具有磺化可行性,正交实验获得其最佳磺化工艺条件为:多乙苯塔底高沸物与浓硫酸质量比为 1∶0.75、反应温度为 120 ℃、反应时间为 6 h,一次磺化率最高达 68% ,合并未磺化物再次磺化后,多乙苯塔底高沸物的总共磺化率可达87% ,高磺化率使得多乙苯塔底高沸物的资源化利用成为可能。

Abstract:
The polyethylbenzene tower bottom azeotrope is a by-product of the production of ethylbenzene from industrial benzene and ethylene. Its composition and structure are complex and difficult to be used as resources. In this paper, FT-IR was used to characterize the polyethylbenzene tower bottom azeotrope to explore the feasibility of sulfonation. The optimum sulfonation process conditions obtained by orthogonal test are as follows: the mass ratio of the polyethylbenzene tower bottom azeotrope to concentrated sulfuric acid is 1∶ 0. 75, the reaction temperature is 120 ℃, and the reaction time is 6 h. The highest primary sulfonation rate is 68% , and the total sulfonation rate of the polyethylbenzene tower bottom azeotrope can reach 87% after the secondary sulfonation of the non sulfonated matter.
