摘要:

玉米须是一味传统的中药材,药用历史悠久。 玉米须中含有丰富多样的化学成分,包括黄酮类、萜类、甾醇 类、皂苷类、多糖、氨基酸、有机酸以及其他类化合物。 现代药理研究表明,玉米须除了具有利尿消肿、平肝利胆等传统作用外,还具有抗癌、抗氧化、降低血糖、降血压、降血脂及神经保护等作用。 近几年从玉米须中分离得到许多新化合物,本文系统检索了玉米须国内外的相关文献,对其不同类型的化学成分及临床应用等进行总结,并对玉米须的食疗和美容保健品开发前景进行了展望,为玉米须资源的合理利用和相关产品的开发提供理论基础。

Abstract

Stigma maydis is a traditional Chinese medicinal material with a long history. Stigma maydis contains all kinds of chemical components, including flavonoids, terpenoids, sterols, saponins, polysaccharides, amino acids, organic acids and other compounds. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that, in addition to the traditional effects of diuresis and swelling, calming liver and choleretics, as well as anti-cancer, anti-oxidation, hypoglycemia, anti-hypertension, antiatheroscloresis and neuroprotection effects. Many new compounds have been isolated from corn whiskers in recent years, this paper systematically searched the relevant domestic and foreign literature reports of Stigma maydis, summarized its different types of chemical components and clinical applications, and looked forward to the development prospects of the diet and beauty health products of Stigma maydis, in order to provide theoretical basis for the rational utilization of Stigma maydis resources and the development of related products.
