摘要:

自 2021 年 8 月,将引进的国外胺液智能在线净化设备安装于 3×106 m3·d-1脱硫净化装置以来,实现了溶 液在线净化过滤。设备运行可靠,可自动清除滤饼,杂质杂物去除率高且及时。可灵活自主设定智能过滤差压、反洗时间等参数,胺液中的杂质被循环智能净化,溶液保持高的 N - 甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)有效含量,减少了脱硫吸收栏液发泡现象发生。 过滤介质长期使用,无二次滤芯费,彻底取代了人工更换滤芯,操作费用大幅降低。

Abstract

Since August 2021, the intelligent online purification equipment for amine liquid has been introduced and installed in 3×10 6 m 3·d - 1 desulfurization and purification unit. Purification online is realized. The equipment operated reliably with high and timely removal rate of impurities and sundries, the filter cakes are automatic removed. It could flexibly and independently set parameters such as intelligent filtration differential pressure and backwashing time. The impurities in the amine liquid are circularly and intelligently purified. The solution maintains a high effective content of MDEA and reduces the foaming phenomenon of desulfurization absorption column liquid. The filter medium is used for a long time, without the secondary cost of filter element, which completely replaces the manual replacement of filter element, and the operation cost is greatly reduced.
