摘要:

作者采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定工厂废气和环境空气中的甲醛含量,并对此方法进行优化。在 pH 为 6 的醋酸 - 醋酸铵缓冲溶液中,水浴 60 ℃ ,乙酰丙酮的加入量为 2 mL,吸光度与甲醛的浓度线性关系可以表示为 y = 0.215x + 0.0012,线性相关系数为 R2 = 0.9996。 对工厂环境采样,并使用优化的乙酰丙酮分光光度法对甲醛进行检测与分析,应用于工厂环境中甲醛的检测,结果可靠。 此外,作者对甲醛的防治以及加强绿色工业作了相应的阐述, 以期对工厂环境中甲醛的检测和防治有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract

In this paper, acetylacetone spectrophotometry was used for the determination of formaldehyde in factory exhaust and ambient air, and the levels of various factors of this method were optimized. The linear relationship between the measured absorbance and the concentration of formaldehyde can be expressed as y = 0. 215x + 0. 001 2 in an acetic acid-ammonium acetate buffer solution at pH = 6 and water bath at 60 ℃ with the addition of acetylacetone 2 mL. The method was applied to the determination of formaldehyde in the factory environment with reliable results. The paper concludes with a corresponding elaboration on the prevention and control of formaldehyde and the strengthening of green industry, with a view to providing some reference to the research on the detection and prevention of formaldehyde in the factory environment.
