摘要:

作者研究了用分光光度法测定样品溶液中铁含量的分析方法。选用磺基水杨酸作为显色剂,以工作曲线法测定样品溶液中铁的含量,并讨论测定铁的最佳条件。本法测定简便、易操作、干扰少、分析成本低,其准确度、精密度均符合测定要求,结果令人满意。

Abstract

This paper studies the quality control in determination of Ferrum content by sulfosalicylic acid spectrophotometry. Choose sulfosalicylic acid as chromophoric reagent and determine the Ferrum content in sample solution by working curve method, then discuss the best conditions for the determination. This method is simple and easy to operate, with less interference and low analysis cost. Its accuracy and precision meet the determination requirements and the result is satisfactory.
