摘要:

以脲醛树脂为囊壁,切片石蜡为囊芯,运用原位聚合法合成相变储能微胶囊。采用光学显微镜观察微胶囊成形,扫描电子显微镜观察微胶囊的表观形貌和壁厚,红外光谱表征微胶囊的结构组成,差示扫描量热研究微胶囊的相变储能性能。 实验结果表明,制备的微胶囊外形结构完整,直径约 25μm,相变潜热为 43.884 J·g-1,具有储能效果。

Abstract

The phase change energy storage microcapsules were synthesized by in-situ polymerization using ureaformaldehyde resin as the capsule wall and paraffin as core. The formation of the microcapsules was observed by optical microscope. The apparent morphology and wall thickness of the microcapsules were observed by scanning electron microscope. The structure and composition of microcapsules were characterized by infrared spectrometer. The phase change energy storage properties of microcapsules were studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The experimental results showed that the prepared microcapsules had a complete shape, the particle size was about 25 μm, and the latent heat of phase transition was 43. 884 J·g - 1 , which had the effect of energy storage.
