摘要:
多乙苯塔底高沸物组分复杂,难以利用。 本研究通过缩合多乙苯塔底高沸磺化物制得多乙苯缩聚磺酸钠以便对其进行综合利用。 优选甲醛为缩合剂、草酸为缩合助剂,正交试验表明最佳工艺条件为多乙苯塔底高沸磺化物、甲醛、草酸的质量比为 1∶ 1.2∶ 0.2,反应温度为 100 ℃ 、反应时间为 4 h。 制得的多乙苯缩聚磺酸钠的水泥胶砂减水率为 12% ,达到水泥减水剂应用要求,有望开辟为多乙苯塔底高沸物资源化利用新途径。

Abstract:
The components of high boilers at the bottom of polyethylbenzene are complex and difficult to utilize. In this paper, polyethylbenzene polycondensation sodium sulfonate was prepared by condensing the high boiling sulfonate at the bottom of polyethylbenzene for comprehensive utilization. Formaldehyde was used as the condensation agent, and oxalic acid was used as the condensation auxiliary agent. Orthogonal experiments showed that the optimal process conditions were as follow: the mass ratio of polyethylbenzene high boiling sulfonate, formaldehyde and oxalic acid was 1∶ 1. 2∶ 0. 2, the reaction temperature was 100 ℃ , and the reaction time was 4 h. The water-reducing ratio of the prepared polyethylbenzene polycondensation sodium sulfonate for cement mortar was 12% , which meets the application requirements of cement water-reducing agent. It is expected to be a new way of utilization for polyethylbenzene tower bottom high boilers.
