摘要:

以 4 - 甲基吡啶和甲醇为原料,采用自制的钾改性的 Ni/Al2O3 为催化剂制备 2,4 - 二甲基吡啶。 考察了催化剂钾源、催化剂钾含量、反应温度、原料配比、质量空速等因素的影响,并评价了催化剂的稳定性。 在最佳的反应条件下,4 - 甲基吡啶转化率可达 92.4% ,2,4 - 二甲基吡啶选择性可达 93.2% ,催化剂寿命可达 500 h。

Abstract

Using self-prepared potassium modified Ni / Al 2O3 as catalyst, 2,4 - dimethylpyridine was obtained by alkylation reaction of 4 - methylpyridine and methanol. The effects of the resource types of potassium, content of potassium, temperature, ratio of raw material,and weight hourly space velocity on the reaction were investigated, and the stability of the catalyst was tested. The conversion of 4 - methylpyridine can reach 92. 4% , the selectivity of 2,4 - dimethylpyridine can reach 93. 2% , and the life of the catalyst can reach 500 h under the optimum reaction conditions.
