摘要:

采用一种新型片状活性炭作为脱色剂对灵芝多糖进行脱色处理,通过单因素优选法得到最优化工艺为:片状活性炭的最佳用量为灵芝多糖提取液的 1.25% ,脱色温度 40 ℃ ,脱色时间 30 min。 最优脱色工艺条件下的平均脱色率为 90.3% ,多糖保留率为 88.4% 。

Abstract

A new type of flaky activated carbon was used as the decolorizing agent for ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide. Through the single factor optimization method, the optimum conditions of the process were as follows: the optimal dosage of flaky activated carbon was 1. 25% of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide extract, decolorization temperature was 40 ℃ , and decolorization time was 30 min. The average decolorization rate was 90. 3% and the polysaccharide retention rate was 88. 4% under the optimal decolorization conditions.
