摘要:
钆塞酸二钠(Gd - EOB - DTPA)是一种由德国拜尔公司生产的能被肝细胞特异性吸收的造影剂。 2008 年 7 月经美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)批准,Gd - EOB - DTPA 可用于临床肝胆疾病的检查,其化学结构独特且在体内化 学性质稳定,能被肝肾共同代谢,能高效地对肝胆系统进行“一站式检查”和对原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)进行早期筛查。 与同类型造影剂相比,Gd - EOB - DTPA 在人体内有更短的半衰期,因而具有较高的安全性和可靠性,近年来在临床 检查中已得到广泛认可且逐渐成为临床应用研究的热点。 作者综述了 Gd - EOB - DTPA 的化学基本信息、化学提纯、人体药代动力学过程以及临床应用的价值和前景。

Abstract:
Gadoxetic acid disodium(Gd - EOB - DTPA) is a contrast agent specifically absorbed by hepatocytes and approved by FDA in July 2008 for clinical examination of hepatobiliary diseases. Gd - EOB - DTPA is a unique and chemically stable agent that can be metabolized by the liver and kidneys. So it can be used for “ one-stop examination” of the hepatobiliary system and early screening of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Compared with the same type of contrast agent, Gd - EOB - DTPA has a shorter half-life in human body and thus has a higher safety and reliability. Gd - EOB - DTPA has been widely used in clinical examination and has become a hot spot for clinical application in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to review the basic chemical information, chemical purification, human pharmacokinetic process, and the value and prospect of clinical application of Gd - EOB - DTPA.
