摘要:
精细化工行业涉及大量的活性化合物和化学反应,反应风险危害尤为突出,近些年的重大化工事故也大多涉及于此。 其中的很多事故不仅是目标反应失控,也包括蒸馏、干燥和储存操作相关事故,事故原因中大部分是由于对此类操作的安全论证评估缺失或不足。 作者结合这些操作涉及的事故并对其反应性的影响因素进行讨论,期望能为化学反应风险评估提供参考。

Abstract：
The fine chemical industry involves a large number of active compounds and chemical reactions. Reaction risk is particularly serious. Most of the major chemical accidents of recent years involved in this. Many of these accidents were caused not only by the loss of control of the target reaction, but also by accidents related to distillation, drying, and storage operations. Most of them were caused by the lack or inadequacy of the safety assessment of such operations. In this paper, the accidents involved in these operations and the factors affecting the reactivity are discussed in order to provide a reference for the risk assessment of chemical reactions.
