摘要:
以 2,2′-双(三氟甲基)二氨基联苯和环丁烷四甲酸二酐为原料,添加离子液体 1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐,制备无色透明的聚酰亚胺薄膜。 采用简易快捷的喷涂和涂布方法制备了嵌入式银纳米线/ 聚酰亚胺复合导电薄膜,其具有优异的透明性、低薄层电阻、高热稳定性、抗弯折性和快速电致热响应性等优点。 该复合薄膜可用作电加热器,在低电压下具有高的加热温度,展示了其在变色显示和加热人体关节方面的应用,在可穿戴电子设备等场景中具有广阔的应用潜力。

Abstract:
The colorless and transparent polyimide films were prepared using 2 - bis ( trifluoromethyl ) diaminobiphenyl and cyclobutane tetracarboxylic dianhydride as raw materials, and ionic liquid 1 - ethyl - 3 - methylimidazolium bis ( trifluoromethyl ) sulfonimide salt was added. The embedded silver nanowire / polyimide composite conductive films were prepared using the simple and rapid spray and coating method, which had excellent transparency, low thin layer resistance, high thermal stability, bending resistance, and rapid electrothermal responsiveness. The composite films can be used as the electric heaters with high heating temperature at low voltage, demonstrating the application in display and heating human joints, and has broad application potential in scenarios such as wearable electronic devices.
