结合离子交换树脂的离子交换作用和锌盐与二甲基咪唑间的自组装效应,在酸性离子交换树脂上负载金属有机骨架 ZIF-8,制备出树脂/ ZIF-8 复合物。利用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射、接触角等表征手段研究了复合物的结构和晶体特性。分别利用苏丹 IV-甲苯混合溶液、亚甲基蓝和罗丹明 B 水溶液考察了复合物的吸附性能。结果表明:树脂/ZIF-8 的吸油量为 461.9 mg·g-1。 相比于单一树脂材料,复合物对亚甲基蓝的吸附能力提升了 23.3%,对罗丹明 B 的吸附能力提升了 3.2 倍。

Abstract:
Combining the ion exchange action of ion-exchange resin and the self-assembly effect between zinc salt and dimethylimidazole, resin / ZIF - 8 composite was prepared. The structure and crystal properties of the composite were studied by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and contact angle experiment. The adsorption properties of the composite were investigated by using Sudan IV-toluene, methylene blue and Rhodamine B aqueous solutions, respectively. The results showed that the oil absorption of resin / ZIF-8 composite was 461. 9 mg·g -1 . Compared with the single resin material, the adsorption capacity of the composite for methylene blue was increased by 23. 3%, and the adsorption capacity for Rhodamine B was increased by 3. 2 times.
