摘要:
以辽东楤木为原料,探究辽东楤木总皂苷含量的测定方法,对硫酸-甲醇比色法、香草醛-浓硫酸比色法和香草醛-高氯酸比色法进行方法性能比较,实验证明硫酸-甲醇比色法操作简单,准确有效,可用于测定辽东楤木总皂苷含量,为后续辽东楤木的加工生产奠定了一定的理论基础。

Abstract：
Using Aralia elata as the raw material, a method for determining the total saponin content of Aralia elata was explored. The performance of sulfuric acid-methanol colorimetry, vanillin-concentrated sulfuric acid colorimetry, and vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetry were compared. The experiment proved that the sulfuric acid methanol colorimetry was simple, accurate, and effective, and could be used to determine the total saponin content of Aralia elata, laying a certain theoretical foundation for the subsequent processing and production of Aralia elata.
