摘要:
实验室安全是科学研究的重要保障,完备的实验室安全保障措施与全面监督机制有助于科研工作的顺利开展。 通过深度剖析英国、美国及日本等国名校的实验室安全管理情况,比对国内高校实验室安全管理现状并分析国 内外高校实验室在安全管理上的差距,提出针对性的改进措施,旨在推动高校实验室安全管理的有序发展。

Abstract：
Laboratory safety is an important guarantee for scientific research. Complete laboratory safety guarantee measures and comprehensive supervision mechanism are helpful for the smooth development of scientific research. By deeply analyzing the situation of laboratory safety management in famous universities in Britain, America and Japan, comparing with the present situation of laboratory safety management in domestic universities, and analyzing the gap between domestic and foreign universities in laboratory safety management, the improvement measures are put forward in order to promote the orderly development of university laboratory safety management.
