摘要:

为控制聚氯乙烯(PVC)专用树脂干燥处理中的成品挥发,以某 PVC 专用树脂生产单位为例,对其干燥生产工序中的喷雾干燥技术应用展开设计研究。 配备一台吸风装置,使喷雾干燥处理中的压力维持在 1950 ~ 1970 Pa,根 据 PVC 专用树脂的干燥处理需求,主动调节处理装置的热风进口温度、出口温度、进料速度与干燥处理风压等参数。 设计 PVC 专用树脂离心雾化处理工艺,通过对装置运行的变频控制,实现对 PVC 专用树脂在干燥工序中黑色塑化块的处理。 实例应用结果证明:此项技术可以实现对 PVC 专用树脂的干燥处理,同时,当干燥处理装置进口温度在 160~ 170℃时,挥发物质量分数可以达到一个相对较低的水平。 此种方式可以降低干燥处理中成品的挥发,提高处理 后成品的质量。

Abstract

In order to control the volatilization of final products in the drying process of PVC special resin, the application of spray drying technology in the drying process of a PVC special resin manufacturer was designed and studied. A suction device is equipped to maintain the pressure during spray drying in the range of 1 950~ 1 970 Pa. According to the drying requirements of PVC special resin, the hot air inlet temperature, outlet temperature, feeding speed, drying air pressure and other parameters of the treatment device are actively adjusted; Design centrifugal atomization treatment for PVC special resin, and achieve the treatment of black plasticized blocks of PVC special resin in the drying process through frequency conversion control of device operation. The application results of the example prove that this technology can achieve the drying treatment of PVC specialized resin. At the same time, when the inlet temperature of the drying treatment device is between 160 ℃ and 170 ℃ , the mass fraction of volatile matter can reach a relatively low level. In this way, the volatilization of the finished product during the drying treatment is reduced, and the quality of the processed product is improved.
