摘要:
高校实验室的安全管理是一项非常复杂的工作。 作者从“以人为本、预防为主”的理念出发,提出了以教育、 预防和监管为核心的 3 种安全管理策略,将实验室安全管理覆盖到实验活动全过程,积极主动地做好实验室安全防范,最大限度地降低实验风险,为高校实验室安全的可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract：
The safety management of university laboratory is a very complicated work. Based on the concept of “people-centered and prevention-oriented”, this paper puts forward three safety management strategies with education, prevention and supervision as the core. These strategies cover the laboratory safety management to the whole process of experimental activities, proactively do a good job in laboratory safety precautions, minimize experimental risks, and provide reference for the sustainable development of laboratory safety in colleges and universities.
