摘要:

气相色谱商品手性柱是实现手性混合物分离检测的核心,研究和开发具有自主知识产权的高分辨毛细管气相色谱手性分离柱具有十分重要的意义。多孔有机笼 CC3-R 是一种手性选择性较好的识别剂。作者基于自合成的 CC3-R,采用不同毛细管内壁粗糙化方法及不同涂渍液浓度制备了 5 根色谱柱( 柱 A~E) 并考查其分离性能。结果表明采用氢氧化钠和盐酸粗糙化处理,CC3-R 和 OV-1701 的混合体积比为 1:1 时制备得到的柱 C 对正构烷烃、芳香烃、正构醇和 15 种手性混合物分离效果较好。本研究可为 CCR-3 气相色谱柱的商品化提供基础。

Abstract

The chiral column for gas chromatography is the core of chiral separation and detection. The research of high-resolution chiral separation capillary columns for gas chromatography with independent intellectual property is important. Porous organic cage CC3 - R is a chiral selective recognition agent. The author prepared 5 chromatographic columns ( columns A ~ E) based on self-synthesized CC3-R using different roughening methods of capillary inner wall and different coating solution concentrations,then investigated their separation performance. The results showed that using the column C which was roughened by sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid,coating with the mixture that volume ratio of CC3 - R and OV - 1701 was 1 ∶ 1 had a better separation effect on nalkanes,aromatic hydrocarbons,n-alkanols and 15 chiral mixtures. This study can provide a basis for the commercialization of CCR-3 based gas chromatographic column.
