水产品中地西泮残留量测定方法的建立及稳定性研究

摘要:
为了建立高效便捷的水产品中地西泮残留量的定量检测方法。作者通过实验研究得出: 使用氨水-乙腈溶液对样品进行提取,采用陶瓷均质子均质样品,吸附剂净化样品,氮吹浓缩样品,用液-质联用仪对地西泮进行检测,得到地西泮测试的曲线范围为 0.500 ~ 50.00 ng·mL-1 ,R= 0.99992; 样品出峰时间稳定且回收率范围为 90.8% ~ 110%。此方法具有省时、操作简便、检测回收率高、精密度好、出峰时间稳定的优势,可适合用于数量比较大的水产品样品中地西泮的检测。

Abstract:
In order to establish an efficient and convenient quantitative method for the determination of diazepam residues in aquatic products. Based on the experimental study,the following results were obtained: extraction of samples with ammonian-acetonitrile solution, ceramic proton homogenize sample, adsorbent purification sample, nitrogen blowing concentration sample, detection of diazepam with liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer combination instrument,the test curve range of diazepam was obtained as 0.500 ~ 50.00 ng·mL-1 ,R= 0.99992; The peak time of the samples was stable and the recovery range was 90.8% ~ 110%. This method has the advantages of time-saving,simple operation,high detection recovery,good precision and stable peak time, and is suitable for the detection of diazepam in aquatic product samples with a relatively large number of detection.
