摘要:

易水解高氯类危险废物是一种较为危险且难以处理的高氯类危险废物,进行焚烧处理时不仅会对焚烧设备 造成腐蚀,更会造成环境污染,甚至是危害人体健康。因此,研究易水解高氯类危险废物的前处理方法,将危险废物 中的氯元素脱离出来,可有效降低氯元素燃烧过程中的腐蚀性和环境污染。作者提出一种向易水解高氯类危险废物 通入氮气,并加入适量的去离子水或者适量的去离子水和氢氧化钠溶液的前处理方法,降低危险废物焚烧前的氯元 素含量。实验结果表明,通过该前处理方法,处理后的残液进行焚烧处置时,其氯的含量减少 85% ~ 97%,且有 33% ~ 58%的氯经过吸收转化后可以利用。

Abstract

Easily hydrolyzed high-chlorine hazardous waste is a kind of dangerous and difficult to treat highchlorine hazardous waste. When incinerating,it will not only cause corrosion to the incineration equipment,but also cause environmental pollution, and even damage human health. Therefore, the study of pretreatment methods for easily hydrolyzed high-chlorine hazardous waste can effectively reduce the corrosivity and environmental pollution of chlorine in the combustion process by separating the amount of chlorine from the hazardous waste. This paper proposes a pretreatment method of adding nitrogen to the easily hydrolyzed high-chlorine hazardous waste and adding an appropriate amount of deionized water or deionized water and sodium hydroxide solution to reduce the chlorine content of hazardous waste before incineration. The experiment result shows that the chlorine content of the pretreated residue is reduced by about 85% ~ 97% when it is incinerated,and about 33%~58% chlorine can be used after absorption and conversion.
