摘要:
采用浸渍法制备了铜锌铁复合氧化物负载硅钨酸催化剂,用 XRD,BET 以及 SEM 等手段表征了催化剂的物 化性质,并考察了催化剂催化乙酰丙酸(LA)加氢的性能。 结果表明,硅钨酸的加入可以明显提升催化剂在 LA 加氢反应中的活性。 其中以 CuZnFe-30SiW 为催化剂,水为溶剂,在反应温度 180 ℃ ,反应时间 6 h,初始氢气压力 4 MPa 的条件下,LA 的转化率超过 95%,γ-戊内酯的收率达到 85%以上。

Abstract:
Cu-Zn-Fe composite oxide supporting silicotungstic acid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method, characterized with XRD, BET and SEM, and investigated in the hydrogenation performance of levulinic acid(LA). The results showed that the addition of silicotungstic acid can significantly improve the reaction performance of the catalyst. Using water as solvent, the CuZnFe 30SiW catalyst demonstrated more than 95% of LA conversion and more than 85% of γ-valerolactone yield under 180 ℃ of reaction temperature, 6 hours of reaction time, 4 MPa of initial hydrogen pressure conditions.
