摘要:

基于在氢氧化钠介质中高锰酸钾与维生素 B6 可发生氧化还原反应产生绿色的锰酸钾,显色产物最大吸收波长分别位于 420 nm 和 600 nm,同时使高锰酸钾褪色,褪色波长位于 525 nm,提出了高锰酸钾三波长可见分光光度测 定维生素 B6 含量的新方法。 在以上三波长下,维生素 B6 浓度的线性范围分别为 2-14 mg·L-1 、2-14 mg·L-1 和 2-18 mg·L-1。 本研究所拟方法成功地测定了维生素 B6 原料药、片剂和注射液的含量,结果与紫外光度法所测一致。

Abstract

The oxidation-reduction colouring reaction can occur between potassium permanganate and vitamin B6 in NaOH medium, which produced green potassium manganate with two maximum absorption wavelength at 420 nm and 600 nm. At the same time, this oxidation-reduction reaction makes potassium permanganate discoloring, and the discolor maximum absorption wavelength was 525 nm. Based on these, a new method for assay of vitamin B6 with potassium permanganate three wavelength visible spectrophotometric method was proposed, and the linear range of the vitamin B6 concentration was 2-14 mg·L -1 , 2-14 mg·L -1 and 2-18 mg·L -1 at above three wavelength,respectively. The proposed method was applied for assay of vitamin B6 in bulk drug, tablet and injection, and the results were accordance with the determination data of ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.
