摘要:

针对池式反应器列管冲刷腐蚀问题,从工艺运行、设备结构进行分析,通过对池式反应器列管管板孔增加衬 管并进行胀焊处理,有效避免了管板孔的冲刷腐蚀扩大化。 池式反应器经处理后运行至今,系统各工艺指标参数 正常。

关键词:池式反应器 腐蚀 衬管 胀焊


Abstract

In order to solve the problem of erosion-corrosion of the tubes in the pool reactor, the process operation and equipment structure were analyzed. With adding liner tube by expanding joint, the expansion of the erosion-corrosion of the tubes in the pool reactor was effectively avoided. The reactor has been running normally after treatment, and all process parameters of the system are normal.
