摘要:

氟化物是磷化工的主要污染物之一。 在磷肥生产过程中排放了大量的含磷和含氟污染物。 由于它们具有 很大的危害性,因此其回收利用越来越受到人们的关注。 作者对磷化工行业产生的含氟废水进行了处理,制备出了 高品质的氟化铝,同时使废水中氟含量达到排放要求。 在最佳工艺条件下,用 1 L 废液可以制得 1.72 g 氟化铝,废液中氟的回收率达到 93%。

Abstract

The fluoride of phosphorus chemical industry is one of its main pollutants. A lot of pollutants containing phosphorus and fluorine have been discharged in the phosphate fertilizer production. Because of their great harmfulness, people pay more and more attention to phosphorus and fluorine pollution recycling. In the paper, the fluorine containing wastewater from phosphorus chemical industry was treated, and high-quality aluminum fluoride was prepared, and the fluorine content in the waste water met the discharge requirement. Under the optimum conditions, 1. 72 g of aluminium fluoride was obtained from 1 L waste liquid,and the recovery rate of fluorine in waste liquid reached 93%.
