摘要: 为探讨钛白粉对复合型脱硝催化剂性能的影响,对钛白粉生产的脱硝催化剂在高温条件下的催化活性进行了评价。实验结果表明高温下随着时间的延长,催化剂的比表面积逐渐降低、峰高增大、脱硝效率下降、表面积反应量先降低再上升。这说明由钛白粉生产的脱硝催化剂在高温条件下稳定性能良好。脱硝效率随着高温反应时间的延长呈下降趋势,主要是由于催化剂比表面积的减少造成的。

Study on the Effect of Titanium Dioxide on the Performance of Composite Denitration Catalyst

Abstract: To investigate the effect of titanium dioxide on the performance of composite denitration catalyst, the catalytic activity of the denitration catalyst produced by titanium dioxide under high-temperature conditions was evaluated. The experimental results show that as time extends at high temperatures, the specific surface area of the catalyst gradually decreases, the peak height increases, the denitrification efficiency decreases, and the surface area reaction amount first decreases and then increases. This indicates that the denitration catalyst produced by titanium dioxide has good stability at high temperatures. The denitrification efficiency shows a decreasing trend with the extension of high-temperature reaction time, mainly due to the reduction of the catalyst's specific surface area.
