双增韧技术对LNG船用环氧树脂性能影响的研究

摘要:通过复配使用含有醚键的不同分子量的聚醚胺,再搭配含有核壳结构的增韧粒子的“双增韧”的方式来提升环氧树脂的韧性。作者研究了不同类型核壳结构的核层对树脂增韧效果的影响。此外,优化了H120增韧粒子的添加量和聚醚胺D2000/D230的复配比例。结果表明,核层的增韧效果由大至小排序为聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚硅氧烷;H120的优选添加量为15%,聚醚胺复配固化剂D2000与D230的优选复配质量比为4:6;通过上述技术和配方得到的环氧树脂满足LNG船用要求。

Study on Properties of Epoxy Resin by Double Toughening Technique

Abstract: The toughness of epoxy resin was improved by using polyether amines with different molecular weights containing ether bonds and double toughening with toughening particles containing core-shell structure. The effect of different types of core-shell structure on the toughening effect of resin was studied. In addition, the addition ratio of H120 toughening particles and the compounding ratio of polyether amine D2000/D230 were optimized. The results showed that the toughening effect of the nuclear layer was in the order of polybutyl acrylate, polybutadiene-styrene, and polysiloxane. The optimal addition ratio of H120 was 15%, and the optimal compounding ratio of polyether amine complex curing agent D2000:D230 was 4:6. The epoxy resin obtained through the above-mentioned technology and formulation meets the requirements of LNG carrier.
