建筑材料燃烧热值检测能力验证分析

摘要:通过组织建筑材料燃烧热值检测能力验证活动,评价各实验室检测能力和检测水平。采用单因素方差分析和t检验对样品均匀性和稳定性进行分析,样品均匀性和稳定性符合能力验证要求。对166家实验室提交的检测结果进行稳健统计分析,以Z比分数评定各参加实验室测定结果。结果表明,燃烧热值测定的满意率为89%,可以客观地反映出参试实验室的检测能力,大多数实验室在建筑材料燃烧热值的总体检测能力水平较高。在此基础上,提出改进对策和整改措施,为各检验机构提高建筑材料燃烧热值检测能力提供依据。

Verification and Analysis of Combustion Calorific Value Testing of Building Materials

Abstract: The ability and level of testing in each laboratory were evaluated by organizing activities to verify the combustion calorific value testing of building materials. The data of homogeneity and stability were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and t-test. The homogeneity and stability of the samples met the requirements of capability verification. Robust statistical analysis was performed on the test results submitted by 166 laboratories, and Z-value was used to evaluate the test results of participating laboratories. The results showed that the satisfaction rate of combustion calorific value measurement was 89%. It can objectively reflect the testing ability of the test laboratory, and most laboratories generally had a high level of testing ability in the combustion calorific value of building materials. On this basis, improvement countermeasures and rectification measures were put forward to provide a basis for each inspection institution to improve the ability of building materials combustion calorific value detection.
