摘要:

目的:评估基质辅助激光解吸/ 电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS) 鉴别耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)和甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)的总体准确性。 方法: 收集 2021 年 12 月之前 PubMed、CNKI 数 据库里关于 MALDI-TOF MS 鉴别耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的文献。 根据纳入和排除标准独立筛选文章,并使用诊断准确性研究质量评估 2(QUADAS - 2)工具评估每个文章的质量,采用 Meta-disc 1.4 和 Stata 12.0 软件进行统计学 分析。 结果: 本次 meta 分析纳入了 6 篇合格文章,综合敏感度和特异度分别为 0. 86(95% CI: 0.81 ~ 0.90)和 0.91 (95% CI: 0.87 ~ 0.95),诊断优势比(DOR)为 77.52(95% CI:33.86 156.40),曲线面积(AUC)为 0.9642。 结论: MALDI-TOF MS 对鉴别耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)有较高的诊断准确率。

Abstract

Objective: Assess the overall accuracy of Matrix assisted laser desorption / ionization time of flight mass spectrometry ( MALDI-TOF MS ) in the identification of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus. Methods: The literature on identification of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus by MALDI-TOF Ms was collected from PubMed and CNKI databases before 2021. The authors independently screened articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and used the diagnostic accuracy research quality assessment 2(Qadas - 2) tool to assess the quality of each study, using Meta-disc 1. 4 and Stata 12. 0 software for statistical analysis. Results: This meta-analysis included 6 eligible articles. The overall sensitivity and specificity were 0. 86(95% CI: 0. 81 ~ 0. 90) and 0. 91(95% CI: 0. 87 ~ 0. 95), respectively. Diagnostic Odds Ratio(DOR) was 77. 52(95% CI:33. 86 ~ 156. 40) and Area Under the Curve(AUC)was 0. 964 2. Conclusion: MALDI-TOF MS has a high diagnostic accuracy in identifying methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus aureus sensitive to methicillin.
