What is Management Trainee Program?
The Management Trainee Program is a 12-month experience designed for recent graduates who have
finished their studies and are starting their career at L’Oreal BeautyCos Plant. It provides 2
cross function job rotations with detailed learning objectives in Production, supply Chain,
Quality or EHS (based on business needs and personal interests) and 4 training modules.After the
program, successful management trainees will graduate and be assigned a position in the company.
To apply, it is essential that you:
1. Will graduate in July next year; 2. Major in Engineering, Chemical or related majors; 3. Be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin; 4. Willing to start your career inSUZHOU How to apply?
